My final swan song to you. Things have changed so fast that I haven't yet had time to catch up, but I had to write this to clear my thoughts up a little first. Even though to you we might not have shared anything special, I do get that feeling that perhaps, maybe just perhaps, we did. I don't know how differently you might see me when you find out, but through that unique, sometimes incomprehensible way of yours, you might tell me soon enough.
I did have a fun, albeit frustrating one year. You probably wouldn't have ever thought that was possible, but there you go.
Now I realise that that first noun phrase in itself is redundant, seeing that swan song does entail finality. But oh well.
